Western Mass Training Consortium Program Manager in Holyoke, Massachusetts

PROGRAM MANAGER Home and Community Connections is seeking a Program Manager to join our team for our Holyoke home - supporting people who are in our 24 Hour Supports Model. This position involves a combination of supervision, administrative, direct care and on-call responsibilities, and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of residential support to assigned individuals. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent organizational and leadership skills, Teaching/instructional ability, Good communication skills, Patience, Ability to work under time/demand pressure, Flexibility, Willingness to accept high levels of responsibility. Minimum of two years? experience in direct care to persons with developmental disabilities or related field. Valid Massachusetts driver?s license Reliable transportation required with 3 years positive driving history. Basic computer skills (Windows/internet) Ability to safely lift 25 pounds required. Must be MAP Certified. PREFERRED: An undergraduate degree in human service field or education - direct care and administrative experience may be substituted for education requirement.
