Our Physician Practice is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to coordinate and carry out all administrative functions for the office, including but not limited to providing administrative support to physicians/providers, greeting patients, checking for updated demographic and insurance information, at check-out collecting encounter form, co-pays and any additional appropriate fees, scheduling follow-up appointments and accurately entering outpatient orders into the Medical Center\'s Order Entry System. REQUIREMENTS: High School Graduate; experience working with third party payers and working knowledge of ICD-9 and HCPC coding preferred; two years of experience in a physician\'s office or similar environment preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
