Our team of 400+ dedicated employees share the desire to do meaningful work and make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, and Oklahoma. \$500 Sign on Bonus (\$250 after completion of first week and \$250 after completion of 90 days of employment) Position: Community Living Specialist 3 - MRC Supported Living Case Manager- Full Time Location: Holyoke, MA Rate of Pay: \$21.38 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 occasional nights & weekends Summary: The Community Living Specialist provides direct outreach services to individuals with disabilities to enable them to achieve greater independence. Develops and maintains positive working relationships that assist consumers in achieving self-fulfillment through their life goals and desires. Candidates with human services, PCA coordination, residential care, direct care, day program, and caretaker experience encouraged to apply! Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree with 1-2 years of related experience, or associates degree with 2-3 years of experience One year supervisory or human service experience preferred Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
