The Operations Specialist is responsible for the movement of all solar projects from contract signing to installation. An ideal candidate for the Operations Specialist will be oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team to attain installation schedule based on goals set by management. The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Corporate liaison between local and corporate operations, local sales teams.

  • Accountable for goals set by management.

  • Monitor project pipeline, actively and pro-actively work with Operations Department and Sales Team in order to meet project deadlines.

  • Attend Sales and Operations Meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficient in multiple forms of communication.

  • Proficient organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong decision making and problem solving.

  • Ability to work with a team and also independently.

  • Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail.

  • Computer Literacy (Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office).

  • Customer Service Experience (1 Year Required).

  • Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM preferred.

  • Prior solar experience a plus.

  • Prior Project Management experience a plus.
