Aventure Staffing Powder Coat Painter in Holstein, Iowa

Powder Coat Painter | $17 to 20/HR

We are hiring Painters for a local manufacturing company in Holstein, IA! This candidate is responsible for ensuring that all parts are painted (sprayed) to a consistently high quality. Team work and a strong desire for excellence is a must! This is an opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable manufacturing company in the area. Apply now while openings are available!

Responsibilities:

  • Select appropriate powder according to product specifications

  • Operate hand-held spray guns to powder coat stationary items or items on a racking system.

  • Clean and maintain coating, ventilation, compressed air and personal protective equipment.

  • Load and unload product and parts, distribute them to the appropriate locations.

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

  • Commitment to quality and safety

  • Ability to lift 50lbs and up to 100lbs as a team throughout the shift

Benefits & Pay

  • $17 to 20/HR
