Description

TheAssistant Residential Program Manager (ARPM)is responsible for the health, safety and well-being of assigned residents, as well as providing supervision and direction to house staff. He/she is responsible for assisting the Residential Coordinator with all house and resident monies and oversight of house and property maintenance.

Seven unique men with their own sense of community live at theMooney Hillresidence. The house lies in a scenic area, neatly tucked away in the woods with a spacious yard and taste of nature. The folks who live there enjoy going outside when it’s nice out and playing sports, waving at all the cars who pass by. They are open to go on many different trips throughout the area and farther, but they all have their favorites as well! A Bachelor degree and one year experience in the DD field is strongly preferred OR an AAS degree and two years supervisory experience in the DD field. Some supervisory experience preferred. Additional education/training in psychology, social work or related field may be substituted for experience in DD field. Must have good communication, organizational and writing skills. Ability to work effectively with others. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a vigorous AMAP course.

HOURS: 40 hours weekly - Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday 12p-8p, Saturday 8a-4p

Starting Salary: $20.92 per hour plus additional shift differential as applicable

Minimum Requirements
