Position Purpose:

Under direct supervision, performs any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures that may be complex and time bound. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to include, but not limited to: writing, typing, or entering information into computer to prepare correspondence; preparing, issuing, and sending out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks; conducting limited research; operating various office machines; opening and routing incoming mail, answering correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail; answering telephone, conveying messages, and running errands; stamping or numbering forms by hand or machine; and photocopying documents.

  • Analyze and interpret numerical data and perform basic math functions.

  • Communicate with customers, vendors and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
