American Rent-All Warehouse Staff in Holland, Ohio
Job Purpose:Processes returned goods by receiving; inspecting; making dispositions.Duties: * Receives returned goods by unpacking goods; verifying bills of lading. * Verifies customer's reasons for return by studying accompanying correspondence; inspecting goods. * Determines disposition of returns by assessing damage and defects. * Disposes of goods by routing to inventory, salvage, or repair. * Documents returned-goods information by entering return data into order-tracking system. * Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. * Provides returned-goods information by answering questions and requests. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Reporting Skills, Organization, Scheduling, Analyzing Information , Dealing with Complexity, Time Management, Process Improvement, Safety Management, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Data Entry Skills
