Job Title: Weatherization Installers

This is an On-The-Job training opportunity!

Install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.

Installation and service for new air conditioning, air-source heat pump, hydronic oil & gas heating, and new hot water systems. Service will be for troubleshooting issues with new systems that we installed. As the technician gains experience, we will also have him provide service to older, especially oil heating, systems that are not working properly. We need someone that has the knowledge and desire to install the most efficient new systems. NATE and/or NORA certification will be required as well as an EPA 608. We need you to be competent on boilers, gas installation, Central AC and air source heat pumps and the latest electronic controls.
