Job Summary: Continental Toyota is seeking a skilled Automotive Biller to join our team at our dealership in Hodgkins, Illinois. This individual will play a crucial role in accurately and efficiently processing all automotive sales  transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing and accounting, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the automotive industry. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, hourly position offering competitive pay within the automotive industry. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, retirement benefits, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services. Responsibilities: - Process all automotive sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation - Calculate and record sales, sales tax, and registration fees for all vehicle purchases - Prepare and submit loan and lease contracts to financial institutions for approval - Verify accuracy of all information on deals including customer name, trade-in information, vehicle options, and pricing - Maintain proper filing and documentation for all deals and transaction records - Prepare and submit all manufacturer rebate paperwork - Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding billing and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of deals - Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on industry changes and regulations - Assist with L&T Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or accounting, preferably in an automotive setting - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with automotive-specific billing and accounting software - Strong understanding of automotive industry regulations and processes - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening EEOC Statement: Continental Toyota is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
