Position Summary:

Shipping Clerks work independently, sort and inventory merchandise with a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Roll shelved carts to the packing station and place them behind the packer in that station with a pick cart packet and positions.
Retrieve and fold boxes. The packer turns the box over and starts the packing process.
As the garments are being packed, each garment is scanned and placed in a carton according to the order, sizes and quantities showing on the computer screen.
Create labels against the quantities scanned to a carton. The packer applies the labels to the outside of the carton(s).
Carton(s) and the packing list are loaded onto a skate rail and pushed up to the shipping station for release to ship.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience using RF handheld scanners preferred
Basic language communication skills
Capacity to work independently or within a team environment and follow direction
Warehouse experience required.

Physical Requirements:
Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned. Constant standing and walking. Frequent sitting.
Gross Mobility: Rare climbing, or crawling. Infrequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Frequent to constant reaching and handling.
Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation. Frequent to constant talking.
