Who We Are:

AVT is the global leader in print process control, quality assurance, and press control for the packaging, labeling, and commercial print industries. We are part of Esko within the Product Identification Platform of Veralto Corporation , a global science and technology innovator.

Our ideal Engineering Product Leader will be part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team that develops new generations of advanced inspection systems.

In your main role at AVT, you will be:

  • Responsible for all engineering activities related to the current and NPI products.

  • Responsible to provide all operations deliverables that are required for continuous improvement of the systems related to the product line.

  • Integrate overall operational activities throughout the product life cycle.

What will you do?

  • Ensure manufacturing guidelines are implemented.

  • Ensure new changes are well implemented in production and field.

  • Responsible for improvements through ECO’s and manage systems BOM trees, manage the product changes and execution through CCB forum.

  • Responsibilities of product cost reduction.

  • Analyze failures, define corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.

  • Support day-to-day production failures by supporting / training the production team.

  • Overall responsibility of the systems product line life cycle.

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Mechanical engineering – mandatory

  • Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience in an engineering environment.

  • Proven experience in leading Engineering products life cycle.

  • Proven experience in manufacturing technologies (Mechanic, Sheet metal)

  • Previous experience in leading DFx methodology.

  • Familiarity with printing industry – advantage.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated, ability to work under pressure.

  • High skill in Hebrew and English – speaking and writing.

  • Experience in PLM tools – Agile – Advantage.
