Leading and coordinating testing efforts with an offshore team, including organizing standups, identifying blockers, and escalating issues as needed. Creating and reviewing test cases for software projects to ensure thorough testing coverage.Logging and tracking any bugs or defects found during testing and working with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Collaborating with other QA leads, developers, and technical product owners to ensure alignment and effective testing processes. Communicating with business owners, developers, and program managers to provide regular status updates on testing progress and any issues or risks. Leading defect triage meetings to discuss the root cause of issues and collaborate with developers and gather opinions. Running and maintaining automation scripts, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and providing regular updates to the team. Generating reports to summarize testing progress, including details on bugs and defects found and resolved. Providing detailed handover reports to the Business Readiness Testing (BRT) team to ensure smooth transitions between testing phases. Collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to gather necessary information and ensure sufficient QA coverage.Developing and implementing effective test processes, strategies, and approaches based on the development methodology and project scope. Travel required to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
