Unilever Workplace Service Assistant Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all operational facilities include Facilities Management, Travel, Meeting, Event, Fleet

  • Be accountable for day-to-day service delivery in line with established service levels, whether provided by a third-party service provider or in house by Unilever.

  • Develop policies, procedures, work instructions relating to services operations.

  • Ensure all budgets are fully in line with targets and growth objectives are achieved in full.

  • Manage multiple building projects (including sustainable projects) such as refurbishments, dilapidations, and office moves.

    ​​Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Background in Service Operations (+5 years experience), preferably in an Integrated Facilities Management capacity.

  • Experience in managing third party service providers

  • Experience in managing building projects

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, clients, and staff at all levels

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Good command of English
