What you`ll do

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Localization Product Manager to join our team in Vietnam. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing SAP localization solutions for the Vietnamese market, with a specific focus on Finance and Logistics requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and sales teams, to ensure the successful delivery of localized SAP solutions, enhanced with embedded AI, that meet the unique needs of SAP customers who operate in Vietnam.

The role:

  1. Localization Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive localization strategy for SAP products in Vietnam, with a specific focus on Finance and Logistics functions. Identify market trends, regulatory changes, and opportunities to leverage AI to drive the development and enhancement of localized solutions.

  2. Product Development: Work closely with development teams to define product requirements and prioritize feature enhancements based on customer feedback and market demands. Collaborate with global product management teams to ensure alignment with overall product roadmap and localization requirements.

  3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their localization needs and gather feedback on existing solutions. Conduct regular meetings with customers and user groups to gather requirements and validate product enhancements.

  4. Project Management: Lead localization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, milestones, and resource requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

  5. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with Vietnamese regulatory requirements related to Finance and Logistics. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that localized solutions adhere to all relevant regulations and standards.

  6. Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide product expertise and support during pre-sales activities. Conduct product demonstrations, create sales collateral, and participate in customer meetings to showcase the value of localized SAP solutions.

  7. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to support the successful adoption of localized solutions. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers to ensure effective product utilization.

What you bring

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  2. At least 5 years relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in the SAP ecosystem, ideally in product management, consulting, pre-sales, solution advisory, software development

  3. Strong knowledge of Finance and/or Logistics functions within SAP ERP systems.

  4. Good understanding of legal requirements and business practices in Vietnam, across finance and logistics processes.

  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamworking skills.

  6. Experience working in globally distributed organizations.

  7. Multi-lingual competency with Vietnamese and English at professional working proficiency.

  8. Ready to learn about and apply AI opportunities in ERP scenarios.
