Job Description:
What You’ll Do
Manage the flow of day to day SP onroad.
Communicate clear instructions to team members.
Listen to team members' feedback.
Support Preload to arrange SP for delivery, check on delivery result, exception code, …
Support Dispatch on SP discipline, Onroad timing, SP working schedule, SP OT, …
Support Supervisor to check on daily SP Productivities, follow up Action plans to improve results.
Attending to all internal and external customers queries.
Filing and housekeeping of all relevant documents.
Report to Direct Managements any Abnormal on the team's progress.
Data process and paper work.
And any other duties assigned from time to time.
Your Skills & Requirements
Potential to build up Leadership skill.
Experience to build up Teamwork in working environment.
Driving skill & understand about automotive is recommended.
Good computer literacy.
3-5 years relevant experience in similar capacity.
University or College graduation.
Hard working, diligent, & Self motivated.
Able to work under pressure.
Agree to work in late evening, Saturday.
