Chart Industries AFM Project Coordinator in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Summary of Role Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for maintaining and monitoring AFM Projects, project schedules and budgets.

2) Responsible to coordinate, implement and process customer purchase orders for the Aftermarket department.

3) Responsible for providing administrative and office support services to the Aftermarket department to ensure effective and efficient operation.

Role Responsibilities:

1) Process customer orders within agreed timeframes and deadlines and

company criteria.

2) Liaising with customers on project requirements and project status. Escalate

any risks/ issues to your Line Manager

3) Liaising with vendors for updates on progress of Howden orders. Escalate

any risks/ issues to your Line Manager

4) Coordinate project schedules, resources, and procurement of spares by

keeping the data in our ERP system up to date.

5) Administrative diligence - accurately, efficiently in a timely manner prepare

required documents and seek to continuously improve office procedures.

6) Strive to achieve our on-time delivery (OTD) and invoice recognition targets.

7) Provide support to all sections of the Aftermarket department when required.

8) Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and other

internal and external stakeholders.

9) Legal, Health and Safety

  • Take all reasonable care for own personal health and safety, as well as for that of everyone who may be affected by your action in your workplace.

  • Liaise and co-operate with company management with regards to the current health and safety legislation and obligations within the location and area where you are performing your duties.

Role Requirement:

Essential skills, knowledge & behaviours:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal): must be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization with tact and diplomacy with a high level of cultural sensitivity.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously set priorities, and work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure while keeping a positive and result- driven attitude.

  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain high level of accuracy.

  • High level of PC literacy, especially MS Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator role handling projects from conception (handover) to delivery
