Google Account Strategist, Google Customer Solutions (English, Vietnamese) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience in sales, media, advertising, e-commerce, or search.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising and/or media campaigns.

  • Ability to conduct necessary business communications in English professionally and fluently (written and spoken).

  • Ability to drive results in a multinational matrixed organization. Ability to multitask; with experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while paying attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking and analytical skills. Ability to take projects from concept to completion across multiple subject matter areas (e.g. tech, media, apps).

  • Display initiative and independence in managing pilot projects with minimal supervision.

As an Account Strategist, you'll provide clients with consultancy services, help advertisers grow their business and maximize their returns through a combination of one-to-one and scalable outreach or support. You'll work in partnership with key advertisers to understand their strategies and increase their knowledge of Google advertising solutions, as well as to provide them with tactical implementation and maintenance support of their Google Ads accounts.
