WTW Client Executive, Corporate Risk & Broking in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

The Role

  • Primarily manage existing portfolio of clients and support in processing sales and broking

  • At the same time deploy the entire sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of sales target

  • Conduct a various way of generating and qualifying leads and prospects

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects including research, initiation of contact, meetings,responding to RFPs, new business presentations, accurately maintaining Willis Towers

  • Watson CRM.

  • Negotiate (or assist brokers/experts) with insurers to get the best offers and at the same time negotiate best renewal terms, quotations and mid-term cover alterations for assigned accounts.

  • Answer enquiries, consult with and advise clients on risk exposures, coverages and contract issues for assigned accounts ensuring quality of client service and effective handling of clients’ needs

  • Assist WTW brokers/experts and collaborate with relevant parties on presentation of coverage, program structure, risk surveys, loss analyses, seminars/workshops/training for clients.

  • Resolve client, insurer and/or stakeholders issues.

  • Coordinate with Operation to ensure excellency and compliance of service, with Claim Department to follow-up and update claim settlement to clients, with Accounting Department in premium collection.

  • Coordinate team for proposals and RFP presentations to clients and prospects

  • Coordinate with claim department to follow-up and update claim settlement to clients

  • Support accounting department in premium collection

  • Other tasks assigned by the Company

The Requirements

  • University degree or higher

  • From 3-4 years of experience in servicing role at

  • Proven experience in insurance with broker or insurer at senior level preferred

  • Excellent English in both written and spoken skills

  • Passion for and compressive understanding of the client and insurance industry

  • Strong presentation and negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills

  • Results driven, client-oriented, innovative

  • Hard working, proactive and flexible in their approach to business

  • Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
