Job Description

We are currently seeking for aProject Management Officer - Scentto join our team inHilversum, Netherlands.

In this role you will be a part of Global Fragrance Technical Perfumery team and reports to its Director based in Neuilly office. You will be supporting the execution of:

  • 45 %:COGS transformation program by ensuring appropriate, timely communication to the different stakeholders and project progress tracking according to IFF processes.

  • 25%:Efficiency programs such as:

  • Complexity reduction,

  • Smart reformulation tracking.

  • 15%:The R&D brief process for new ingredients & the relevant business case preparation for the Catalogue Transformation program.

  • 15%:Specific presentation and communication within the team and with key internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be requested to spend part (20%) of your time to support the VP, Global Head of Innovation, Scent on elements related to ingredient innovation strategy / COGS transformation program (Presentations, Data analysis, Milestone tracking, Workshop coordination, Supporting the project teams in the maintenance of project plans and timelines).

The position is full-time.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Global Fragrance Technical Perfumery Director for the execution of the COGS transformation efforts.

  • Help drive processes (Meeting’s agenda, minutes, …) attached to both the R&D briefing and the Categories feed-back on the R&D.

  • Support organizational efficiency activities such as:

  • Analysis of resources.

  • Complexity reduction for Manufacturing.

  • Formulation analysis.

  • Ingredient impact analysis by making the right interpretations and recommendations from the different insights gathered from conversation, systems, or business understanding.

  • Support with presentation preparations and dealing with special projects as directed by leadership team.

  • Coordinating recurring meetings related to Catalogue Transformation (ISC), Ingredients Innovation and COGS Programs.

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Global Procurement, Regulatory, R&D and Ops) to support seamless collaboration in cross-functional initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree inchemistry or chemical engineeringwith ideally an additional education in Business Management or related fields.

  • The ideal candidate has a Master of Business Administration degree.

  • We will rely on your related experience in the industry.

  • Business English is a must – Native English speaking or Bilingual would be favorable.

  • You have strong project coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point).

  • Knowledge of Sharepoint / Windows 365 is an advantage.
