Job Description

We are currently seeking aProject Management Officer, Digital Transformation - Scentto join our team inHilversum, Netherlands.

In this role you will be a part of Scent Division, Codex team and reports to Digital Transformation Director based in Neuilly office. You will be supporting the execution of the different tracks of the larger transformation project against committed plans. You will also have to contribute to the corresponding status update, presentations (PowerPoint) and executive summaries.

The project is formalized into a three-year plan until 2026 and includes reporting on the progress of international teams across all world regions.

This position offers a unique opportunity to delve into the intersection of IT, AI, and organizational challenges, allowing you to gain valuable insights into the fragrance industry and the rewards and complexities of digitalization and AI.

The position is full-time.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Scent division, Digital Transformation Director to follow and track progress of transformation efforts against committed deliverables and related timings.

  • Support with presentation preparations and help drive corresponding processes (Meeting’s agenda, minutes, …)

  • Support organizational efficiencies by making the right interpretations and recommendations from the different insights gathered from conversation, Systems, or business understanding.

  • Contribute to assess proposed plans in terms of likelihood of success.

Job Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Chemical Engineering is a plus.

  • A Master of Business Administration degree is an advantage.

  • Business English is a must – Native English speaking or Bilingual is an advantage.

  • You have strong project coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point)
