WorkSource Oregon Facilities Project Manager - Semiconductor Equipment Installation in Hillsboro, Oregon

The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for factory tool installation projects through the project lifecycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking a project plan while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization. This role will be critical to the success of the of the company and have the opportunity to interact with multiple site manufacturing leaders to plan and prepare for new equipment and moving existing equipment. Layouts and detailed utility drawings will need to be created in AutoCAD and working with each of the system owners to ensure capacity versus demand is adequate. The ideal candidate will have experience within semiconductor industry supporting semiconductor equipment tool installations. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Determine locations where utilities can be supplied to semiconductor equipment working with manufacturing, facilities, environmental health and safety, and other relevant groups to ensure adequate design per equipment specifications. -Develop detailed computer aided drafting designs that can be provided to installation suppliers. -Oversee contractors to ensure installation of equipment meets design requirements. -Work with internal and external engineers to ensure that projects follow construction management practices as well as state and federal building and fire codes. -Work with all customers to ensure that their requests are understood and comprehended within the project scope. -Plan and implement projects including allocation of resources and budget management. -Help define project scope, goals and deliverables -Champion safety as a value throughout the entire project lifecycle -Create a project schedule and timeline -Report on the project status to stakeholders -Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables -Evaluate and assess the result of the project Minimum Qualifications -Degree: BS in engineering or related field or 5+ years with experience in semiconductor manufacturing supporting tool installations -Project Management: Large and small multidisciplinary project management experience -Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, etc.) -Leadership skills to manage a diverse team and customer base. -Experience editing drawings using AutoCAD or Revit Preferred Qualifications -Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills -Strong organization skills and attention to detail. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
