Job Description :  

  • Maintaining a safe environment which includes housekeeping, labeling, and proper disposal of waste.

  • Data entry and documentation processing and shipment of lots.

  • Using computers for automated processing of products.

  • Transporting lots and processing materials throughout the Clean Room.

  • Cleaning the work area and complying with Clean Room work rules.

  • Collaterals/reel/tape changes (pick and place).

  • De-bonding wafers.

  • Perform day-to-day after-processing.

  • Support basic day-to-day conversion/set-up as that product requires.

  • Support metrology inspection.

  • Escalate failures to certified Intel Technicians.

    Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Demonstrate multi-tasking skills and the ability to understand and work through complex problems.

  • The ability to distinguish all colors such as red vs. green and see flashing alarms.

  • The ability to hear machine alarms and to respond immediately.

  • Basic personal computer and keyboarding skills for the accurate input of data

  • The ability to read and follow written procedures on a computer monitor.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to all safety requirements.

  • Some previous Fab experience or high-volume manufacturing experience is a plus.           

    Physical Requirements:

  • All of these duties are performed in a Clean Room environment. This requires the wearing of a cleanroom suit, which is a full-body jumpsuit, hood, safety glasses, surgical gloves, and surgical mask. The environment does not allow the use of makeup, hairspray, hair gel, perfume, or cologne.

  • The ability to stand for 10 hours, walk to load and unload product, twist, bend, stoop, lean forward, and reach overhead to operate production equipment.

  • Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ramps and to push/pull wafer lots and carts.

    Educational Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating averages/percentages.

  • Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) a plus.

    Pay Rate :

  • From $18.50/hr. + shift premiums (15%) for the night shift

  • Overtime is paid after 10 hours worked, each shift

  • 28 hours of overtime a month!

    Shift and Schedule :

  • 12-hour shifts/days and nights available 

  • The position works a compressed shift (4, 5, 6, and 7)

  • Each shift is 12 hours per day - alternating 3 working days one week and 4 working days the next week.

  • Day Shift (5) Works every Sun, Mon, Tue, e/o Wed. Start Time: 07:00 AM to 7:30 PM – Note: Must be at the station in fab by the start time of 07:00 AM

  • Day Shift (7) Works every Thurs, Fri, Sat e/o Wed. Start Time: 07:00 AM to 7:30 PM – Note: Must be at the station in fab by the start time of 07:00 AM

  • Start Time: 07:00 AM to 7:30 PM – Note: Must be at the station in fab by the start time of 07:00 AM

  • Night Shift (4) Works every Sun, Mon, Tues e/o Saturday. Start Time: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM – Note: Must be at the station in fab by the start time of 07:00 PM

  • Night Shift (6) Works every Wed, Thurs, Fri, e/o Saturday. Start Time: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM – Note: Must be at the station in fab by the start time of 07:00 PM
