Jubitz is looking for add a full-time Site Maintenance Technician for our Cardlock Maintenance Team! In your first 90 days, you will get to know your team, and learn standard operating procedures for your position. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance duties at cardlock fueling facilities.
  • Tasks assigned will include cleaning, empty trash, clean pumps, curbs and minor building repair, painting, winterizing irrigation system, parking lot maintenance, fence repair, and landscaping.
  • Monitor fuel pump filters and replace as needed.
  • Complete daily inspections and report any problems.
  • Remain up to date on pre-maintenance schedules.
  • Perform routine storm water system monitoring at each facility.
  • Monitor for fuel spills and take corrective action as needed.
  • Ensure that each facility is always kept in a safe and operational condition by responding to repair requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor equipment daily, make repairs as needed, and schedule ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide a World Class Customer Experience to customers and employees during shift.
  • Retain a proactive demeanor, seeking out and identifying potential maintenance problems and safety concerns.
  • Follow all safety protocol for proper lifting, posture, and other potential hazards.
  • Remain alert for any potential maintenance problems that may happen at the facilities.
  • Report any workplace-related injuries or other safety hazards to Manager or People Services immediately.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred.
  • At least one year of broad-based maintenance experience required.
  • Must possess a valid Oregon and/or Washington Driver's License with a clean three-year driving record.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Conscientious and responsible, acts with diligence to perform job tasks accurately and safely.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as write routine correspondence.
  • Ability to handle a complex variety of tasks simultaneously while maintaining professional composure and positive approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate and complete records, while performing at a high level of efficiency.
  • General knowledge of power and hand tools, as well as applicable safety procedures, is required.
