Schedule:  Compressed 12hr Shift

Pay Rate:  $24 - $32 Hourly DOE

Location: Hillsboro, OR.

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

The AMHS Senior technician is responsible for performing equipment preventative maintenance tasks in the client production lab environment. This position requires using client test equipment, transportation carts, software, manual and automated tools. Technician is expected to work in a fast-paced environment in partnership with client team members.

  • Perform 30/90/180 day PMs on product delivery vehicles

  • Can support stocker PM’s

  • May replace EMO covers

  • Can complete safety walks

  • Can maintain work area 6S guidelines

  • Can report deficiencies, schedule excursion, parts bin high risk

  • May support troubleshooting and minor maintenance of lab equipment.

  • Support cross-functional vehicle teams in daily projects as required

  • Use customer software to perform manual measurements per instructions

  • Physically transport vehicles from one location to another as required

  • Work within a team to determine and execute shift priorities.

    Requirements:

  • Familiarity with 300MM wafer fab environment and industry equipment.

  • Can work in a controlled cleanroom environment, which will involve the wearing of cleanroom garments and relevant personal protective equipment

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Adhere to all Safety and Quality requirements

  • Be able to read and perform tasks to customer specification requirements

  • Can lift and transport up to 35 pounds

  • Can support 12hr compressed work week schedule

  • Position requires frequent walking, going up and down stairs, and lifting items within customer and OSHA guidelines. 

    Preferred:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of Semiconductor AMHS vehicle maintenance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
