Description
Lockbox Implementation Specialist
- Lead lockbox implementations with lockbox client on-boarding and setup, lockbox product development, and related cash management services implementation. Participate in product enhancement discussions and implementation. 70%
- Resolve on-going lockbox customer service issues, ensuring quality customer service is consistent with established service standards and company policy. 20%
Assist in maintaining effective relationships with key remittance processing vendors and serve as an escalation point for customer/vendor issues. 10%
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years financial services experience preferred
- Lockbox remittance processing experience preferred
- Payments industry knowledge
- Bank operations experience
- Lockbox implementation experience
- Knowledge of lockbox remittance processing
- Knowledge of digital banking products and services
- Knowledge of payments industry
- Knowledge of property management industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite-- advanced Excel skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Well organized
- Strong analytical skills
