Spectrum Comm Inc is seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Manager to join our team. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. You will work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial operations and controls. You should have the ability to analyze complex financial data, make strategic recommendations, and effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management or related roles
Proven leadership and management skills
Strong proficiency in financial analysis and modeling
Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and policies
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI Eligibility
