Spectrum Comm Inc Electrical Engineer in Hill Air Force Base, Utah

Spectrum Comm Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer at Spectrum, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment and systems.

We are looking for individuals with a strong technical background who are eager to apply their knowledge and skills to support our customer's mission at Hill AFB, UT.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support investigation and analysis of modeling and simulation used in operational assessments (OA), initial operational test and evaluation (IOT&E) and follow-on operational test and evaluation (FOT&E) for broad range of DoD modeled systems. These systems include, but are not limited to, fighter and bomber aircraft, threat models, and sensor model interactions with synthetic physical environments.

  • Augment the government to ensure accurate requirements generation, and Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) for mission level modeling and simulation (M&S) in support of Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E)

  • Research, analyze, and develop electrical systems and components

  • Design and test electrical equipment and systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • Experience in electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting

  • Proficiency in electrical engineering software and tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
