We are seeking a Landscape Coordinator for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications:

  • Coordinates the work crew and participates in grounds maintenance and upkeep. Supervises assigned employees. Plans and implements maintenance and landscaping for Highlands Cashiers Hospital (HCH) grounds.
  • Maintains clean and safe facility grounds. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Required Education: Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent Associates Degree in Horticulture or Landscaping.
  • Required License: Must have a valid NC drivers license or procure one within 30 days of employment unless an out-of-state commuter, at least two years of satisfactory driving experience, and be at least 18 years of age to meet the Mission Health established insurance guidelines.
  • Preferred License: Pesticide Applicator Certification.
  • Required Experience:Landscaping and Gardening experience.
  • Preferred Experience: 3 years' experience in gardening or landscaping for a large operation.

Located between the towns of Highlands and Cashiers, the hospital offers 24/7 emergency care, acute inpatient care, rehabilitation, as well as long-term care through Eckerd Living Center.
