Are you looking for a new long term career with a growing company? Do you have 10 years of fabrication experince and 5 years of leadership experience? This is a 1st shift position in the High Point area for a Welding / Fabrication Supervisor role. If you are a hands on leader and willing to jump in with your team, today!

salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

 1. 10 years of fabrication experience.

 2. 5 years of leadership experience

 3. Good Understanding of weld parameters and how to adjust welding machines

 4. Good Understanding of weld defects (how to identify them and fix them when they occur)

 5. How to read blueprints (what weld symbols mean). MUST BE AN EXPERT

 6. How to use measuring tools (caliper & measuring tape)

 7. A clear understanding of how important quality is and how it affects the bottom line.

 8. A clear understanding of safety protocol and enforcing safety policy.

 9. Enforcing Company policy on breaks and lunch.

 10. Housekeeping, shall be done every day, (sort, set in order, shine, standardize & SUSTAIN)

 11. Punctuality is a must.

 12. Positive attitude towards subordinates and upper management.

 13. Attention to detail is a must.

 14. Willing to work overtime to meet customer needs.

 15. Good math skills, reading and communication skills.

The essential functions of this role include:
