BLS is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Agent to join our team in Hicksville, NY! As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients around the world. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all client inquiries, concerns, and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat

  • Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy

  • Resolving customer issues and escalating to management when necessary

  • Providing product and service information to clients

  • Updating customer records and account information

  • Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and make recommendations to management.

  • Assisting with other duties as required

    Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
