  • 2-5 years experience installing and supporting Windows desktop environments

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and projects

  • Working knowledge of technologies including: Desktop computer hardware, Windows Operating Systems, network printers, TCP/IP, email (Outlook/Exchange), Active Directory, Microsoft Office, virus protection, phone systems (cell and Desk), software distribution solutions, ERP Systems, and setting up virtual work stations as needed

  • Experience with Security systems a plus

  • Simple and complex troubleshooting ability
