Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will administer orders or contracts by monitoring contract performance, preparing modifications, and determining the necessary course of action to comply with terms and conditions or resolve issues impacting contract performance. You will review acquisition requirements packages and prepare solicitations, contracts, task orders, and modifications in accordance with Federal regulations. You will convey Government requirements during pre-proposal conferences and communications during source selection phase to arrive at a clear understanding of requirements. You will analyze cost and price elements in contract proposals by utilizing knowledge of Government acquisition business strategies, policies, and procedures, and specialized knowledge of cost and price analysis techniques. You will negotiate changes in price, term and conditions, overhead rate agreements, supplementary agreements, settlements from change order and changed site conditions. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications In addition to the basic requirements for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing acquisition planning, market research to satisfy mission objectives and customer requirements; Negotiating prices, terms and conditions of contracts; and Performing contractual pre- and post-award functions for Architect-Engineer, services, and/or construction contracting.
