Fairview Health Services Custodian, Part Time in Hibbing, Minnesota
Fairview Range is hiring a Custodian for housekeeping department in Hibbing, MN.
The custodian performs a variety of support service functions as well as project-type work and cleaning in order to keep the physical facility orderly, aesthetically attractive, clean and sanitary.
Schedule: This position will be working part time, 48 hours per pay period. This position will work evening shifts with every other weekend.
Benefits: This position is eligible for benefits.

Custodian Job Responsibilities
Maintains hard surface floors.
Project cleans and maintains hard surface and carpeted floors.
Provide a superior level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean working environment consistent with department procedures and protocols.
Custodian Job Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Six months verifiable experience in working with refinishing of hard surface flooring and carpet cleaning methods preferred.
