Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Staff Network Engineer to join our team. The position may be based in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area, or Chandler, AZ. You will provide critical skills as part of a team to operate, manage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues and maintain a secure network. A thorough understanding of LAN/WAN integration, TCP/IP, switching, and routing is essential. You will also be expected to provide experience in deploying desktops, servers, cabling, switches, bridges, and routers to ensure end to end connectivity. This position may also support some system and server administration and desktop services as part of a larger team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • IATLevelIIcertification

  • A CCNA,CCNP,orotherrelatedcertifications -OR- Specialty experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline -OR- Successful completion of a certified technical/vocational school

  • A minimum of three (3) year of related experience

  • Expertise inWindowsnetworks,CiscoSystems, andnetworkmonitoringproductsandtechnologies

  • Experience inrouted,switched,andwirelessLANenvironmentsthatoperateMicrosoft,UNIX,andOpenVMS

  • Previous experience with ServiceNow

  • Documenting topologiesandrackelevationsusingVisio

  • Documenting andtrackingnetworkdevices

  • Producing highquality,timely,andaccuratereportsinWordorExcel

  • Ability toorganizeandfacilitateplanninganddemonstrations

  • Ability totrack,manage,andensureprojecttasksarecompletedinatimelymanner

  • Writing effectiveproceduralguidance

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • Must hold a TS/SCI clearance

  • Must be able to obtain DHS EOD suitability; an active EOD suitability is highly desired

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
