Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

• You must be a fresh graduate with bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

• MBA degree or Master’s in supply chain management or a related field. * Desirable

Responsibilities:

• The program is intended to develop a pipeline of leaders that deliver business critical results through outstanding performance in multiple supply chain functions.

• The program consists of three rotations over the course of two years. You will have a unique opportunity to develop broad operational knowledge base and skillset by working in following global supply chain areas:

o Distribution Operations Planning – Serving customers timely in cost and cash effective way from global footprints of inhouse and contract manufacturers.

o Central Global S&OP Planning - Participate and influence decision making in Sales and Operational planning for assigned multi-Million global product form.

o Customer Delivery Experience.

• Also, you will be assigned to lead a high impact multi-functional transformational project (typically 6 months to one year duration) in each rotation.

• We have crafted a tailored onboarding process to train you in each supply chain team and ensure your success. There will be a mixture of in-person and online training, some as a group and others individually. You will also be paired with our supply chain leaders to mentor and provide career guidance.
