Medicine Shoppe Salesperson/Patient Advocate in Hermitage, Pennsylvania

We are looking for a Salesperson/Patient Advocate to represent our pharmacy in the medical community.  You would call on doctor's offices, home health care agencies, senior living communities as well as attend various health fairs, etc.  This would be to recruit patients for our ScriptEase® medication adherence program.  This would include both securing the leads and the patient intake process, which requires a home visit to get them enrolled and onboarded.

 

A successful individual for this role would be a self-starter that has limited to moderate sales experience, the ability to interact with both medical professionals as well as individuals such as our patients who may have differing cognitive abilities.  You would also need reliable transportation as it will require travel that will be reimbursed per mile to you each month.  You need to be competent in computer programs such as Word and Excel.  You will need to be able to navigate our  Customer Relationship Database (CRM) program as it is mandatory for the sales and customer onboarding process.

 

Salary is commensurate with experience up to $45,000+ / year which includes monthly bonuses as well as an annual bonus max of 10% of annual salary.  Benefits include PTO, Simple retirement IRA as well as health insurance availability.
