JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to maintain the condition and appearance of grounds, plants and foliage for all assigned properties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs all landscape responsibilities (mowing grass, trimming bushes, etc.) within designated project deadlines.

Reports landscape damage to supervisor on a regular basis, as required.

Conducts daily maintenance requirements on site.

Assists supervisor with regular site inspections.

Practices safe work habits.

Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
