We seek a Associate Director- HR Data Analysis to own initiatives that will harness the power of diverse datasets – including people, financial, and operational data - to execute analytics that will ultimately produce data-driven guidance to our global leadership as they shape our future.

As an Associate director - HR Data Analysis , you will uncover hidden patterns in data to unlock strategic insights for our business leaders. You will collaborate closely with fellow analysts, data scientists and HR specialists to ensure the soundness of your results and recommendations. To ensure that your analysis will support the goals of our business, you’ll engage with business leaders – ranging from managers to the C-suite.

Who You Are

As an Associate Director of HR Data Analysis You engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively translating business needs into data analysis. Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of record of supporting advanced analytics (strongly prefer experience leveraging tools like Knime or Alteryx and/or languages like R or Python)

  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build intuitive data visualizations that drive business decisions.

  • Project work that has provided a solid grasp of data fundamentals (e.g., assessment and improvement of data quality, considerations in executing an ETL)

  • Consultative communication style with the ability to translate problems into analytics.

  • Willing to take advantage of remote work and flexible hours to support global clients.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, engineering, finance or similar

  • Workday experience, including report writing and PRISM.

  • Professional certification, e.g., ASQ Six Sigma, PRINCE2
