Job Description

Übernahme der Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von großen und komplexen Projekten oder von Programmen.

Definition und Implementierung des Projektplans in Übereinstimmung mit den Termin-, Kosten- und Leistungsanforderungen der Organisation und nach Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Fachbereichen

Identifizierung und Bewertung von Risiken sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Gegenmaßnahmen

Identifizierung und Bewertung von Änderungen des Projektumfangs und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung an den internen und externen Schnittstellen

Managen der für das Projekt zugeordneten Ressourcen, dass qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnisse unter Berücksichtigung der Termin- und Kostenvorgaben entstehen

Berichterstattung über den Projekt-/ Arbeitspaketfortschritt innerhalb des Bereichs, an den Lenkungsausschuss und an Externe

Autorisierung von großen finanziellen Aufwendungen innerhalb des Projektes

Unterstützung der regelmäßigen übergeordneten Unternehmensprozesse (z. B. Budgetprozess) mit Informationen und Annahmen

Führen von funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Erreichung der Projektziele (mit und ohne disziplinarische Verantwortung

Job Requirements

Erforderlich sind Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten, wie sie in der Regel durch den Abschluss einer mindestens 4-jährigen Hochschulausbildung erworben werden sowie Fachkenntnisse und langjährige spezifische Berufserfahrung.
