VERSATRIM, INC Staff Accountant in Henderson, North Carolina
Join a part of a winning, growing team that appreciates you. Staff Accountant needed for growing manufacturing company with a fast-paced environment. This is a key role that reports to the Controller and will interface with all departments and assist with all areas of accounting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Book journal entries and prepare financial reports
- Support cost accounting and other accounting activities
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Apply customer payments and collect past due invoices
- Sales tax compliance
- Bank reconciliations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

``` - Proficient in excel - ERP experience preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
- 1-2 years work experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
