Position Title :

NHI Process Technician

Pay Rate :

Starting at $22.99/hour (Ability to earn $26.88/hour within the first year)

Quarterly Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) bonus of 4%

Potential for Quarterly Gainsharing Payout of up to 8%

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Basic Industrial Maintenance Skills

  • Driving clamp/fork truck

  • Utilize basic shop math/read a tape measure

  • Using a computer to track inventory

  • Lean Manufacturing Tools/5S

  • Flow-to-work as department needs require

  • Working on a rotating 12-Hour Shift

  • Operate in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, noisy, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals or on elevated work surfaces

  • Wear required safety equipment

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Counting and stacking finished product

  • Reading factory orders

  • Self-Motivated

  • Industrial Safety Knowledge

  • Ability to work a rotating 12-Hour shift, with overtime and weekends
