Job Description

Imperative Chemical Partners has an immediate opening for a Billing EDI Specialist in Hempstead, Texas. If you are interested in joining a growing company with a proven track record of success, this is your opportunity.

SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing and overseeing electronic billing, using platforms such as OpenInvoice, Netsuite and Cortex. Oversight includes ensuring that all invoicing has been uploaded and done so timely, as well as problem solving any disputes or problems and coordinating with billers and whoever else necessary to resolve. Performance of electronic invoicing will also be required, either on a regular or ad-hoc basis, whenever necessary. This position requires confidentiality, diplomacy and professionalism and may interact with high-level individuals and customers outside of the Company.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Team player to coordinate electronic invoicing daily for various customers and verify all data has been enteredcorrectly
  • Must be detail oriented and be organized
  • Responsible for reconciling billing toEDI platforms
  • Work independently, self-motivated, able to meet deadlines
  • Must me a self-starter who can solveproblems and take necessary action to achieve results
  • Effective oral and written communicationskills
  • Experience with Excel, pivots and lookups
  • Knowledge of Netsuite, OpenInvoice, Cortex
  • Ability to organize daily duties and prioritize tasks
  • Other duties may be assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION and KNOWLEDGE:

  • High School diploma or GED required, 4-year Bachelor preferred or equivalent of management experience in the Oil and Gas industry
  • Proficient in Excel, knowledge of Netsuite, Openlnvoice and Cortex a plus
