In Florence Crittenton?s Child Enrichment Center, we provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children from birth to age 5. We are seeking a flexible and dedicated Teacher Aide to support our classrooms as a floater, ensuring consistency and quality in our educational programs. What You?ll Do: Support Multiple Classrooms: Assist in various classrooms, adapting to the needs of children aged 0-5. Collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers to implement age-appropriate activities. Complete closing activities after 5:00 pm. Ensure Child Safety: Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being during all activities. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Provide Individualized Attention: Support children?s individual needs and developmental milestones. Engage with children to promote their learning and development. Assist with Daily Operations: Help prepare and organize classroom materials. Maintain cleanliness and order in the classroom. What You Bring: Experience: Experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting is preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills. Personal Traits: Patient, nurturing, and flexible with a passion for working with young children. PAY, BENEFITS, and SCHEDULE: $14.25 ? $14.75 per hour, DOE. Monday ? Friday, 8:30 am ? 5:30 pm. Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (with employer contribution to Health and Life plans).
