Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

Candidates will work overnight in a closed store, replacing fixtures, shelving, and moving merchandise. The 9-hour shift includes lifting, twisting, pulling, and occasional pallet jack work. Additional duties include assembling, moving, organizing, and stocking shelving units within Walmart stores. Candidates must have access to a valid email address and smartphone for wireless reporting. They must be able to carry and lift up to 40-50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Candidates must report client work completions on the same day as the service. The contract length may be 10-14 weeks for each job site.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Helena, Montana.

Work Environment

This is a 10-14 week project for the night shift, where candidates will encounter casual dust elements while moving and assembling shelving units. There is a strict dress code. The project has the potential to become a full-time employment opportunity if the candidate demonstrates a great work ethic and is okay with job requirements. Travel is paid, with per diem, and guaranteed projects with Walmart. The night shift runs from Sunday to Thursday, with start times varying between 9 or 10 pm until 6 or 7 am. All lunches and breaks are taken together at the same time for each shift. Site Managers are revealed about a week or two beforehand, and each requirement may vary based on the site and manager. Candidates will work as a team to move items.
