We are looking for a campaign manager to join our EMEA HQ team to maximize the reach and the influence of our regional and local campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible to design, implement and lead omnichannel campaigns in close collaboration with cross-functional and cross-regional teams. By mastering the customer journey for both healthcare professionals and patients, you will advise on target audience identification, call to actions, channel selection, formats, triggers, timings, frequency, budget allocation as well as tracking, measuring and monitoring. You will be putting forward optimizations to develop better customer relationships, drive loyalty, and long-term retention. The role will include managing and supporting of local, regional and global campaigns, ensuring successful execution and timely launches. You will also own agency management including identifying partners, relationship development and budget management.

This role can be based in any of our European locations except Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Injection marketing manager and ecosystem manager to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

  • Identify target audiences and channels to be used to optimize spending and maximize impact.

  • Design innovative & ambitious omnichannel campaigns within the full on- and offline ecosystem, tailored to different markets needs to attract new customers, and foster repeat business.

  • Navigate and adapt the needs across different cultures and countries for global/regional campaigns.

  • For identified campaigns, be the project manager, identify and secure flowless execution of details, tasks, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met on time compliantly.

  • Supervise and advice on execution, monitoring, and measurement of local digital marketing campaigns to ensure they achieve their objectives.

  • Lead digital asset creation including internal approval process and agency management for localization of all regionally supported campaigns.

  • Partner with analytics and local/regional marketing teams to identify KPIs and reporting needs. Continuously monitor campaign performance. Identify trends and insights from campaign data, optimize spend and performance based on these insights.

  • Stay up to date with developments in digital / social media technology and platforms, generate new ideas and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.

  • Own agency management including identifying partners, relationship development and budget management including media-buy.

  • Provide knowledge, leadership, and find solutions with a hungry mindset to design & deliver world-class communication with strong outcomes for the benefit of the diabetes community.

  • Manage/support any customer inquiries and comment on digital platforms for paid media assets.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 Years of experience in digital / web / communication project management, preferably in medical/pharmaceutical industry.

  • Successful track record of having designed, implemented and optimize multi-country digital activation plans.

  • Experience from marketing/media agency is a plus.

  • Excellent writing skills in English, additional languages are considered as an advantage.

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and web traffic metrics and Google, YouTube, Social analytics

  • Strong experience working with marketing technology platforms, and analytics/reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint etc

  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management, ex. Marketing Cloud (basic knowledge in HTML.

  • Strong understanding in omnichannel marketing in B2B and B2C environment

  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work with all levels in organization including leadership level.

  • Ability to work cross functionally and across multiple functions,

  • Results-oriented, with demonstrated ability to multi-task; capable of managing and driving the completion of multiple projects.

  • Ability to make data-driven decisions, curious in understanding the marketing link to business results.

  • Hungry mindset and learning agility.

  • Eligible to travel up to 20%
