PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Optimizing the inventory levels of finished goods, non-finished goods and other materials in the DC to ensure product availability to our customers. Prioritize receiving, relabel and incoming inspection based on available resources and inventory levels.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Work closely with Division Supply Chain and manufacturing teams to inform the product availability.

  • Responsible for prioritizing of the receive, incoming inspection and relabel activities at the DC.

  • Replenish and/ or purchase inventory items according to the product specific requirements.

  • Analyze and monitor the stock levels of all inventory items produced by Abbott and OEM suppliers and materials used within the AVN processes.

  • Support sales and Marketing with the allocation of products.

  • Key user SAP purchasing.

  • Assure to adherence to all Abbott, legal and applicable requirements and standards (e.g. ISO14385, ISO14001, etc).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree international business concentration Supply Chain or other relevant education, preferably a few years' experience in procurement and/ or Medical Device environment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP and/or ERPs

  • Good collaboration and communication skills

  • Getting a kick out of being very precise and out of performing in a hectic situation

  • Excellent communication skills. Capable of managing situations where different parties require your expertise.

  • Good knowledge of the English language in speaking, reading, and writing

  • Drive for result
