WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Function as the main contact person for Master data related topics.

  • Responsible for Material, Customer and Price Master File creation & maintenance.

  • Ensuring that all orders are processed on a daily frequency.

  • Interact with warehouse to ensure the best possible planning for all processed orders.

  • Interact with affiliate customers on all thing’s order/shipment related, including QBR’s, shipment confirmation & follow up, complaint handling.

  • Assure adherence to all quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO14001)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree/certificate (HBO) or MBO with experience similar role

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP and/or ERPs

  • Good collaboration and communication skills

  • Knowing the business in medical industry

  • Getting a kick out of being very precise and out of performing in a hectic situation

  • Excellent communication skills. Capable of managing situations where different parties require tailormade solutions

  • Good knowledge of the English language in speaking, reading, and writing

  • Problem solving skills
