Hendrickson USA, L.L.C. Welding Fabrication Associate - 3rd Shift in Hebron, Ohio

Key Responsibilities * Supply and operate welding systems, plasma cutters and make adjustments as needed * Lay out, position, and tack-weld parts to secure for welding * Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment * Meet established production standards * Conduct required quality checks using basic measuring equipment * Accurately report daily activities on work orders and Kanban cards and other media as required * Keep machine and work areas clean and free of safety hazards * Exercise and promote safe working habits * Comply with Quality Management System * Other duties as assigned * Maintain regular attendance Key Skills and Abilities: * High school diploma or GED * Read and understand blueprints with geometric tolerance. * Must pass Hendrickson weld test -2G or be a certified welder * Be able to physically lift 65 lbs * Ability to safely operate lift equipment, including forklift * Must be able to read and write legibly. * Must be able to meet production standards and follow instructions. * Good attendance record is required * Requires strong problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment Hendrickson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
