3rd Shift

Starting Wage: $20/hour

Tuesday through Friday 10pm start time. Start time may be 8PM occasionally to help cover vacations.

JOB SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for accurate keying of receiving and setting up appointments for inbound loads.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Other duties may be assigned. A teammate in this position must have the ability to:
* Filing claims for damages and pallets
* Accurately keying and verifying receiving records.
* Schedule and maintain receiving appointments.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all inbound carriers.
* Prepare and distribute all necessary receiving documents.
* Review all purchase orders for proper quality assurance compliance.
* Providing coverage and support to warehouse and inventory teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
A teammate in this position must:
* Strong computer skills in all Microsoft applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Possess a high level of organizational skills
* JDE experience preferred
* Detail oriented
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High School Diploma.
